The First Aid training I received was delivered very professionally by Garry. He used his practical experience and history to illustrate some of the theory elements which greatly aided our learning. He was also able to accommodate and adapt when a personal need arose. The quality of his equipment and his diverse training aids meant we could get a “real feel” for situations that may come about.  I would not hesitate to recommend Garry and his company for First Aid training and  I will be undertaking  more training with him for a further course. Garry  made my course a great experience , he was patient and explained in a great detail of the process of dealing with people in distress. Oxygen Therapy  & Catastrophic Bleeding Control

November 2018.

A one and a half days training on oxygen therapy and catastrophic bleeding control with Garry as the instructor.

Very much a ‘Hands on’ approach with a lot of relevant medical equipment to see and use.
Garry made the learning both enjoyable and interesting.
I have learnt skills that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

An excellent First Aid for Cyclist course run by GMS Training
The course covered injuries which are common to cyclists, our trainer Garry, had a wealth of knowledge  and real life experience in every aspect of first aid and this came across loud and clear.
There was plenty of hands on practical training which gave us the confidence to administer life saving resuscitation.
I can honestly say I had gained sufficient knowledge and necessary skills to be a first aider thanks to Garry’s excellent delivery of the course.
